  • Lunch: 125 grams of cottage cheese, 1 orange and 1 piece of toast
  • Dinner: 1 piece of toast, 1 orange, 125 grams of cooked red meat and 1 cup of tea or coffe (no sugar)

Day 5

  • Lunch: 200 grams of cooked meat, 1 piece of toast and 1 tomato (feel free to replace the red meat with a fish)
  • Dinner: ½ a pound of cooked potatoes, carrots and peas

Follow this diet regime strictly for 5 days, before making a 2 day pause and repeating it again as long as you need to keep going until you lose the desired amount of weight. However, make sure you consult with a doctor before trying it.
