DIY skin mask
- A spoonful of glycerin (natural stores).
- One pack of gelatin of 10 g.
- A spoonful of honey.
- 150 g of kaymak (milk, kefir or yogurt).
The kaymak is perfect for treating dry skin. If you have normal skin, use yogurt or milk. And if you have oily skin, use kefir.
In the case of gelatin, it has the function of ironing lines of expression, bleaching and softening the skin and improving blood circulation. At the same time it provides proteins and amino acids to the skin and helps to improve its condition.
Glycerin is an anti-aging product that has the ability to maintain a proper skin hydration, and a perfect balance within its properties. So the glycerin will make the skin look younger and healthier.

How to make:
The first thing to do is to dissolve the gelatin in kaymak. Put them on low heat and mix gently until the gelatin has completely dissolved. Remove them from the fire and add the honey and the glycerin and again, mix everything well. Afterwards, leave it in the fridge for 6-8 hours.
How to use:
Use this DIY skin mask for 5 to 7 consecutive days. In the morning, apply it cold on the face. This is to refresh the face early in the morning. At night, slightly warm the mask to strengthen the effect of nutrients.
