DIY foot detox pads can bring about a lot of health benefits that you wouldn’t even imagine. See why and how to prepare them!
Foot patches, called foot detox pads, are placed on the sole of the foot and serve to purify the toxins lodged in your body.
The effects are almost immediate; the next day in the morning, when you remove them, you can see how the pad is dark because of the elimination of toxins.
These toxins generate when the circulation coagulates around the ankles, the leg and the soles of the feet. In this way placing the patches on the sole of the foot allows the blood to circulate better in these areas.
DIY foot detox pads reduce headaches, decrease fatigue, and soothe joint pain. We can get foot detox pads at pharmacies, but it is more effective when you prepare them yourself.

How to make:
Peel and chop the onion and the garlic. Put them aside. Add water in a bowl and bring it to boil. Add the onion and garlic to the boiling water; let them boil for 10 minutes.
Then let the water cool for 20 minutes, and then moisten a self-adhesive gauze in the water. If it’s too wet, squeeze it to avoid dripping.
Then proceed to place the gauze on the soles of the feet, in the central part. Afterwards, put on some socks, to fix the pad. The next day, you can feel the effects of the treatment.
