Recipe Which Improve The Work Of The Thyroid Gland


This recipe improves the functioning of the thyroid gland and improves of overall health.

You will need:

  • half a spoonful of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 3/4 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup of cranberry juice
  • 1/4 glasses of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 tablespoons of minced nuts
  • 7 glasses of purified water

How to make:

Boil water, temperature decrease and add cranberry juice, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg while stirring. A good mix of stir and cook for 20 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature. When the mixture has cooled, add lemon juice, orange juice and a few ice cubes.
