This recipe improves the functioning of the thyroid gland and improves of overall health.
You will need:
- half a spoonful of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tablespoons minced ginger
- 3/4 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 cup of cranberry juice
- 1/4 glasses of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 tablespoons of minced nuts
- 7 glasses of purified water
How to make:
Boil water, temperature decrease and add cranberry juice, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg while stirring. A good mix of stir and cook for 20 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature. When the mixture has cooled, add lemon juice, orange juice and a few ice cubes.
