Soups are generally a comforting and nutritious food that clean and heat our tissues, and so is this tasty and creamy broccoli soup. Why exactly broccoli? The truth is they are healthier than you can imagine, and defeat illnesses as serious as cancer.
The reason is the incredible amount of sulfoarphane this green veggie contains, and which is not that common in similar, cruciferous vegetables.
How is sulfoarphane formed? While you are chewing your broccoli, you’re causing a reaction between its notably high amounts of glucoraphanin and enzyme myrosinase. These, the same as other valuable nutrients found in broccoli affect cancer cells, in particular among patients running at high risk of colon and prostate cancer. In the case of broccoli sprouts, however, it is not all about the food, but rather how it is prepared – the enzyme myrosinase reaction is necessary to help you.
For instance, microwaving and boiling cause myrosinase to evaporate, and automatically reduce the nutrition values of vegetables. To make sure you’ve preserved all impotent ingredients, take few minutes from your time, and prepare this tasty and creamy broccoli soup.
The ingredients you would need are very simple:
First, you have curcuma that helps defeat literally all types of cancer. The highest amount of curcuma is contained in turmeric, which is why all doctors recommend it to affected patients. Dr. William LaValley, for instance, has been working as a natural medicine cancer physician for years, and responsively claims there is nothing as useful in the case of cancer as turmeric.
The reason, according to him, is the various molecular pathologies that can form cancer. In a similar way, curcuma and its standard anticancer proclivity offer multiple ways to affect multiple cancer molecular targets.
The normal cells, nevertheless, stay unaffected, why the strong anticancer activity is executed on 100 diverse molecular paths. Basically, what curcuma does is to kill cancer cells selectively, and that’s something no conventional medical treatment can guarantee. The fact that curcuma works in synchrony with all popular chemo drugs only confirms its magnificent effect.
