How To Reverse Asthma By Changing The Way You Eat

This condition causes  wheezing, breathlessness, chest tightness, and coughing and asthma attacks can be avoided by avoiding its triggers.  Medication help but they also have negative effects to your body. Instead try natural remedies.

Drinking coffee-the coffeine in coffee works similarly as the asthma drug theophylline which relieves wheezing, coughing, and breathlessness. The effect of caffeine can last 4 hours. However if you’re taking a lung function test make sure you avoid drinking coffee before it.
