1. Foods rich in potassium
One of the most common causes of muscle spasm is the lack of potassium in the body. To balance the level of this valuable mineral you should eat foods rich with this important nutrient, such as bananas and potatoes.
You can provide potassium for your body if you regularly drink lukewarm water in which you will add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and one tablespoon honey.
2. Be more active
Muscle cramping may occur due to lack of movement, or spending more hours sitting or lying in the same position.

3. Warm compresses
