First of all, you need to fold the cotton so that it has four layers. Make sure the castor oil soaks through the first three layers and not drip all over the place. After that, apply the cotton directly on the affected area. Cover the cotton with plastic wrap and use the bottle with hot water to open the pores. In this way, the oil can dissolve in your skin.
Make sure to use a dilute solution of water and baking soda when you remove the wrap. Mix one tsp of baking soda with 4 gills of water. You are allowed to use these wraps for up to 30 times every day. In order to prevent rancidity, store the wraps somewhere dry and cool.
