How to make:
Polenta can be prepared in two ways and each is simple and quick.
-The first way is to put 3/2 cups of water, a bit of sunflower oil, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. Put the saucepan to boil. When the water has boiled, reduce the temperature to low and pour a cup of polenta and stir with a wooden spoon, not with a metal one, until the polenta thickens. You can add healthy seeds or your favorite veggie to the polenta.
-The second way of preparation is to pour half a liter of water and one tsp of salt in a saucepan and put it to boil. When the water has boiled, you need to add 500 grams of cornmeal. The cornmeal will remain on the surface of the water. With a wooden spoon, make a hole in the center and leave it to cook on medium heat. After several minutes, when the mixture thickens, remove it from the stove and it’s ready for consumption.
