The range of the hands, leg length, waist and other characteristics of the body, can reveal certain diseases. People with shorter legs should be more aware of the condition of their liver, while short people usually live longer.
LENGTH OF FINGERS
Women, whose index finger is shorter than the ring finger, are double inclined to the development of osteoarthritis in adult life.
The same relation to the length of the fingers is a common in men as well, and in women it reveals lower levels of estrogen which slows down the appearance of bone diseases. To prevent it, people with such features should regularly exercise and take recommended doses of calcium.
THE BRA SIZE
Women of age at 20 years wearing bras size D and they are 1 ½ more likely to be diagnosed with type 2 diabetes than those who have smaller breasts, showed a study by the Canadian Medical Association’s Diary.
It was explained that fatty tissue in the breast is hormone sensitive, and affect the appearance of insulin resistance. Diabetes can be prevented by maintaining a healthy weight, balanced diet and physical activity.
LENGTH OF LEGS
People who have shorter legs should be more aware of the condition of their liver. British scientist found that women whose legs are long 50 to 73 cm have greater value of enzymes in the liver that indicate disease of this organ. This condition can be prevented by reduced intake of alcohol and other toxins.
