This treatment is quite simple, all you need are few tablespoons, some warm oil and a glass of cold water. You can use olive, marigold, flaxseed or sunflower oil.

Here are the instructions:

First of all, you should remove your makeup and then apply a regular moisturizer. Then, disinfect the tablespoons you are going to use with some alcohol and soak them in ice cold water.

Next, you should place the tablespoons on your upper eyelids and hold them for several seconds. Repeat this method 5 times. When the tablespoons warm up, make sure to replace them with cold ones.
