Strain the tea and after it’s cooled down a bit you can drink it. You can consume up to 2-3 cups of these tea a day.

Safety precautions: Eucalyptus is generally safe to use for everyone. But it’s not usually recommended for children under the age of six. You can ingest it, or apply on the skin as oil. Pregnant and breastfeeding women shouldn’t consume it.
