- 1 cup U.S.-grown short grain brown rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can light coconut milk
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
How to make:
Put the water, brown rice, coconut milk, vanilla, and maple syrup into a slow cooker and cook on low heat for about 3 hours. Then, add the raisins and cinnamon.
