Your Wrinkles Will Disappear If You Apply This Under Your Eyes

Under eye wrinkles are probably the first thing that we see when we start to worry about our age.

As we age, our skin looses elasticity and its ability to restore itself, and our bodies produce less of the collagen that keeps skin looking firm, youthful, and vibrant.

There are several home remedies that can be very effective in reducing the appearance of wrinkles and lines under eyes. The best thing about these remedies is that they treat the condition in a completely natural way.

Pineapple juice helps in reducing fine lines and wrinkles on your face and also in delicate areas like under the eyes.

Many medical studies have confirmed that rubbing alpha-hyroxy acid on wrinkles can reduce its appearance quite significantly. Pineapple juice contains bromelain, which is a natural form of that acid.

Method 1: Soak a cotton ball in fresh pineapple juice and then rub it on the wrinkled areas.

Method 2: Massage your skin with a chunk of fresh pineapple in a circular motion. Allow juice to dry for 5-10 minutes. Rinse with warm, then cool water. Do this daily.

Method 3: Combine 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 cup of pineapple chunks. Mash the pieces either with a fork or blend it well with blender.

Apply the mask on face, neck and other wrinkled body parts. Leave on 20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. Do this 3 times weekly.

Additional tips:

1. Drink Plenty of Water. This is perhaps the most effective as well as most simple remedy for wrinkles. Drinking water will not only avoid and treat wrinkles but will keep you healthy in general. Plenty of water keeps your skin hydrated. Remember, one of the reasons for wrinkle formation is loss of moisture.

2. Have Foods with Wrinkle Fighting Elements (dark colored fruits and vegetables; almonds, walnuts; oily fish like tuna, salmon, herring and sardines; flaxseed and sunflower seeds and oil; green and white tea; fruits like papaya, avocado, pineapple, berries, watermelon; vegetables like cucumber, tomatoes, ginger, garlic).

3. Don’t Smoke.
