Get Rid Of Back Acne Fast With This Home Remedies


Research shows that people who suffer from facial acne are most likely to suffer from back acne as well.

Acne can be a genetic problem, but it’s also caused by hormonal imbalances, poor diet, and stress.


It can even be caused by the clothes you wear. Friction between tight clothes and warm, sweaty skin creates the perfect environment for the bacteria that cause acne.



Lemon’s critic acid acts as chemical exfoliant which removes the dead cells which clog pores resulting in infection and irritation. It also acts as natural chemical peel to rid acne. It has an acidic property that eliminates excess oil, the main cause of acne.

Lemon contains anti-bacterial and antimicrobial properties which fight bacteria-causing acne and boost the immune system, avoiding future acne.

Method 1: Rub a slice of lemon on your back in a circular motion. Wait 10 minutes before and rinse it off with cool water. Do this once or twice daily.

Method 2: Combine equal amounts of lemon juice and rose water. Dip a cotton ball in this solution and apply it on your back. Wait 20 to 25 minutes, then rinse it off with cool water. Repeat 1 – 2 times daily for best results.

Note: Topical application of lemon is not recommended for those who have highly sensitive skin.


Turmeric has antiseptic and exfoliating properties that effectively cure the problem of acne.

Mix two tablespoons of turmeric powder and one tablespoon of milk cream. Apply on the back acne scars and leave it on till it dries. Do this at least twice a week for effective results.

Notice: Turmeric can leave stains on clothes. Wear an old t-shirt, while using this remedy.


Oatmeal is great remedy for back acne. It soaks excessive sebum and oil off of the skin, clearing away dirt and other toxins in the process. It also exfoliates to remove dead skin cells.

Cook 3 tablespoons of oatmeal by adding water. Add 4 tablespoons of honey. Allow it to cool and
apply to your back. Leave on 15-20 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. Do this regularly.
