Add sea salt depending on whether you want to have gentler or rougher mixture, but the recommended dosage is one tablespoon.

Apply the resulting mixture using terry glove onto your buttocks, legs and hips (but you can apply it onto your entire body) around 35 minutes before entering in the shower. Apply the mixture by gently massaging the areas affected with cellulite using the terry glove. The results will be noticeable several days after you used the coffee ground mixture.
After you have applied the mixture, wrap yourselves in terry towel and keep the towel on for approximately half an hour.
Take a shower with lukewarm water afterwards. It is not recommendable to shower with hot water because there is a possibility of making your skin dry. In fact, take a shower with as cold water as possible.
