- 2 dcl of apple cider vinegar;
- 3 dried figs.
How to make:
Prepare it in the evening and consume it the next morning. Take 3 dried figs and prick them well from all sides with toothpick. Store them in a glass container in which you’ve previously poured 2 dcl of apple cider vinegar.Leave it to stay overnight. Eat the three soured figs in the morning. Don’t throw away the rest of the apple cider vinegar because you can use it to prepare another dose of the recipe. Prepare another 3 dried figs the same way and place them in the same apple cider vinegar from the previous day.
How to use:
Use the same 2 dcl of apple cider vinegar for 7 days, most of it is going to be absorbed by the figs. The 8th day take a new fresh amount of apple cider vinegar (2 dcl) and repeat the procedure for another week. This treatment lasts a 14 days. You will notice the results after two weeks.
