Lime Water Recipe
In a bowl or a pot put 1.3 Gallons (5l) cold water and add 1 Pound (approximately 500gr) of quicklime.
Allow the mixture to stay for 24 hours and then strain it. Now you can drink the water that you have strained and dispose of the rest of the quicklime. Store the rest of the mixture in glass bottles.
Drink this mixture three hours before meals, on an empty stomach. It is better to drink ½ mug twice per day.
You should not eat in time interval of 3 hours before and after the consumption of lime water bacause one dose should be consumed on an empty stomach.
If you can’t consume lime water, you can add 50 ml of yougurt in it. This water is highly recommended for those who suffer from leukemia and cancer or other serious diseases.
