How To Use Watermelon As A Medicine
Watermelon might be the quality fruit for the hot summer season days, but did you…
If you sneeze and cough, or your nose and eyes itch and are runny during certain times of the year, you may have seasonal allergies.
Seasonal allergies, like other allergies, develop when the body’s immune system becomes sensitized and overreacts to something in the environment.
Having an allergy can be a nuisance and affect your everyday activities, but most allergic reactions are mild and can be largely kept under control.
Oregano oil is often in the spotlight as an excellent herbal remedy. It can be used topically for toenail fungus, to remove warts and moles. It is not ideal for open wounds.
Oregano fights infections like funguses andcandida, as well as colitis, cancer, inflammation, asthma and respiratory infections, and allergies.
It also balances hormones, easing the process of menopause or helping to regulate menstrual periods. It is recommended to buy high quality oregano essential oil.
Oregano is a very strong essential oil, so always use caution!
– Start by diffusing it in your home and inhaling the vapor. If you do not own a diffuser, drop 1 or 2 drops on your palm, rub your palms together to warm it and inhale. Wash your hands afterwards and especially before touching your eyes.
– Mix 1 drop of oregano essential oil with honey into warm water. Make sure to mix frequently because essential oils can separate from water.
No more than 10 days in a row is advised. Overuse can kill beneficial gut bacteria or become toxic to the liver.
Notice: Origano oil is not advisable for infants and young children. Pregnant or nursing mamas are also discouraged from using oregano oil in any form. It may also lower blood sugar levels and affect those with diabetes.
