  • Freshly grated or powdered turmeric — 2 tablespoons
  • Cold filtered or sparkling water — 4 cups
  • Lemon or lime juice — 1 1/2 qty
  • As an option, you could also add the juice of one blood orange.
  • 100% maple syrup, raw natural honey or Stevia — 4 tablespoons (for taste)

How to make:

Incorporate all the ingredients in a small pitcher.
Make sure you stir really well to get a homogeneous mixture.
You can garnish your drink with a slice of lemon if you like.

      Yes that mean 1 and a half lemon (1 1/2 lemon). Maybe you didn’t know qty is a shortcut of quantity or that’s how we use that.
