You should try not to eat after 18 hours because the body consumes less calories and stores fat later in the night. This diet includes regular meals and it is preferable to eat five times a day in smaller amounts. You should also regulate the foods rich in fiber, especially cereal products since improper digestion is largely responsible for the emergence and development of celulite. Drink 2 to 3 liters of non-carboneted, natural mineral water because the harmful substances are excerted from the body with the water. Coffee and alcohol are conductive to the emergence and development of celulite, so you should definitely avoid using them.
The main reasons for appearence of celulite are prolonged sitting, too little exercise, and the absence of any physical activity. In order to melt fat, to strenghten the muscle and to improve circulation, the best solution is movement and exercise, so the absence of any physical activity in the fight against celulite, will not get the desired effects.
The most important thing is to understand that there is no miraculous drug that will help us to solve or allevite the visible celluilite layers, but we should make some effort in order to achive this.
Home-made pilling cream
You will need a little olive oil, half a cup of ground coffee and a quarter cuo of brown sugar. When you use this mixture, you should first take a showe, wipe and then apply the olive oil on the problematic areas. After you have mixed the brown sugar and the coffee, rub your legs, thights, abdomen, buttocks and all the other places where you have celulite with this mixture. Rinse it off after 10 minutes. You can use a stretch wrap that will twist your legs and leave the peeling for a half an hour to get a better results.
