- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tbsp. raw honey
- Wait until the water starts to boil.
- Add the cinnamon stick and hibiscus.
- Wait for 15-20 minutes.
- Strain the tea.
- Add the honey.
The hibiscus tea is highly acidic and that is why is sour. So if you drink citrus, green, dark, herbal tea, rinse your mouth with water to remove the acid from the teeth.
The best option is to use coconut oil instead of plain water.
