This Will Help You Cure Diabetes, But Your Doctor Won’t Tell Them to You!

What Is Diabetes?

Diabetes is diagnosed when a person has too much glucose (sugar) in the blood. This happens because the pancreas cannot make enough insulin.

Glucose is an essential source of energy for the brain as well as a source of energy for the body. Glucose in the bloodstream comes from carbohydrate foods, which are changed into glucose after we have eaten them.

Glucose also comes from the liver, where it has been previously stored. This ensures a constant supply even when we have not eaten recently.

For people without diabetes the level of glucose in the body is between 4 and 8 mmol/L.

Insulin is produced in the pancreas and has two jobs in the body – the first is to transport glucose from the blood supply into fat and muscle cells, where it can be used for energy. The second is to switch off the liver once the level of glucose in the blood is high enough.

Diabetes is the result of the body not creating enough insulin to keep blood glucose levels in the normal range. It cannot presently be cured, but it can be controlled, and you can lead a full and active life.

Have you known that diabetes can be completely cured without the daily doses of medications and insulin?
And it’s very easy, too! This was achieved a decade ago!

Food can cause, but also treat diabetes:

This is the case of a man from the USA who used to eat and also eats typical American food. He didn’t care about the choice of food, but after a while he became aware that he should consume as healthier food as he could if he wanted to cure diabetes through food. Then, he changed the intake of sugar, fruit juices and Coca-Cola every day and stopped eating sweets and processed food and the most important thing he did is that he made his breakfast a priority.

He believed that his health condition can retreat and improve. No matter how hard the change of food we want to eat is, especially the sugar, the daily doses of chemotherapy which he was taking as injections, were a sufficient reason to make him think about his own nutrition. And surprisingly, after only 3 months, his blood count was dramatically decreased and improved.

What you Doctor Doesn’t Know or Won’t Tell:

Doctors were taught to treat every health condition with medicines, from aspect of conventional medicine and some are also well-paid by the pharmaceutical industry to do that. But, why some of the doctors won’t even mention food as an option in this treatment? Some people will follow their instinct, but some will follow the protocol given by their trustworthy doctor.

Make sure you do that crucial choice in your nutrition:

The first thing you need to do is change your nutrition and the changes will come, but they will come slowly. Most of us know the meaning of eating healthy food, but our health is endangered when our food industry starts making artificial food, similar to food products and adds great quantities of sugar practically in every product found in the restaurants and supermarket shelves. We should start changing things and that unfortunately happens when our health condition worsens.

This man was able to cure himself and is very happy to hear his inner “wake-up” call. There is an old saying: “We are what we eat” and it’s absolutely true. During the process of healing, your brain works in a clearer way and you’ll start feeling better immediately. One of the hardest things to do is changing the food we were eating during our whole lives, but isn’t even close enough to the fact that it is extremely difficult to be ill and visit hospitals and doctors all the time.

Diabetes can be Reversed:

Even ten years later, the blood sugar of this man remained balanced. He continues to drink beer and wine once a week and still enjoys ice-cream as an evening dessert, but he managed to take better care of himself by choosing his own food and walking as much as he can.

So, balancing our body is really simple. We just need great will and persistence. We don’t have to make it perfect or strictly avoid the food we want to eat. It’s all in the “golden middle”.
