With the help of this effective water diet you will be lose up to 1 lbs. each day. But remember: You can follow this diet plan every other day! You can follow it from time to time- but it is recommended to use this type of diet plan just once a week.



Drink green tea, 1 glass of water or some natural juice for breakfast. You can also consume fruits and natural juices as much as you want.

Between breakfast and lunch

Drink green tea, natural juice or water. You can also consume fruits. Note: Make sure to combine various types of fruits especially those who contain high amount of liquid. So, in autumn and winter- citrus fruits and grapes and in spring and summer you should consume watermelon.


Before lunch drink a glass of water and after lunch – a cup of green tea. Prepare a salad with a lot of green vegetables. You can add lemon, vinegar or other spices for better taste. Add olives in your salad as well. You can consume any type of canned or raw vegetables like: corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, asparagus, lettuce, onions, peppers, soybeans, carrots, artichokes, celery etc.


Again you should drink green tea, natural juice or just water. You should also drink a glass of milk or yogurt.  If you don’t like yogurt or milk, you can consume 30 g. of low-fat cheese or one fruit.


Before dinner drink one glass of water and after the dinner- one cup of green tea. You should consume 100 g. of meat (chicken, veal) or 150 grams of fish. Also you can replace meat with 1 egg and raw fruits and vegetables.

You must remember that this is not an every-day diet plan as it can cause unhealthy imbalance in your body. Use it every other day but it is not recommended for a longer period of time. Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. This diet plan contains foods rich in liquids like fresh vegetables and fruits.
