Drink this twice a day, in the morning on an empty stomach and at night before going to bed.

Method 3. Cleanse the blood and strengthen the body

Crush 3-5 eggshells and mix them with 3l water. Keep this mixture refrigerated for about a week and then drink it instead of water. Drink 2-3 cups every day combined with some lemon juice.
