Recipe: LEMONADE FOR BODY DETOXIFICATION
- one lemon
- two dl of water, it could be lukewarm if you want to
- one cinnamon stick or one spoon of powdered cinnamon
- a teaspoon of honey
- a pinch of hot pepper
Preparation: Squeeze your lemon then add 2 dl of water after that add cinnamon, honey and hot pepper. Then mix all the ingredients. You can also add 1 cm of powdered ginger, if you wish. Drink in small sips.
